Double Checking Laptop (Possible Infection?)

Hello. There seems to be an issue with my school network where one person was infected and there's a possibility that others are infected, too. I ran a McAfee, MBAM, Spybot, and the free Kaspersky Online Scan. I came out clean. It is highly recommended that we give our laptops to the IT people here but from what I've seen, I think I could do a better job (not being cocky >_>). I just wanted to double check that I'm clean and I don't need to do give up my [school given] laptop for a day.

If these programs:
McAfee, MBAM, Spybot, and the free Kaspersky Online Scan are not finding anything, chances are nothing is there to find.
