Hi ! I have a problem with outgoing mail, could anybody help ?

Norton gives me this message all the time:
"Your email message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the message".

But I'm not sendind anything !!! How can I fix it ?
I did a full system scan in safe mode, but no virus. And there isn't spywares at all. I tried blocking the outgoing mail with zonealarm and the pc ends freezed.

Hello.
A Google search:

Error: "Your email message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the message." (1003,11) or (1003,12)
More here:

Hope that helps.

Thanks it did work, but something is still bad. My inbound protection in zonealarm is detecting 40.000 connections by day from differents ips...
The pc don't crash but is not working properly.

Could you do the following please.

See the instructions in this sticky topic:
BEFORE you post a log, and who will advise you. Preliminary Steps (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)
Do what you can but please get the hjt log.

Start your own topic here:

Someone will then take a look at the system as soon as they can. :)
