i wondered if anyone could help.

yesterday i opened msn and something tried to send me "home.htm" from
"db2.t.msn.com"

now internet explorer doesnt work. just get a white screen.

when i try and open internet options it says:

"Restrictions: This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

i also cannot open system restore
i can't download anything to combat it as i cant get a web page
i am on a different computer
spybot finds Win32.Rungbu.a Trojan
