Spybot search and destroy not running

Hello, I'm having a problem with
Spybot search and destroy
When I run it, it doesn't show up nor run normally, but it shows up in the task manager if I press ctrl+alt+delete, and it's uslally taking about 50% of the CPU.
I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and running, both in normal and safe mode, but the program itself doesn't show up, I can sometime run the updater seperatly

Rename the Spybot desktop icon.

Rename the Spybot desktop icon.

Renamed the desktop icon, runned it, and still nothing.
only spybotSD.exe show up in task manager, nothing else happen.
even after leaving it running for 15+minute.
