Update download to desktop

Today Spybot downloaded a new version 1.6.2.46 to my system, but installed the whole thing directly into my Desktop, leaving the older version untouched in Program Files (where I think the new version ought to be).

Can I safely move the .exe to Program Files, or should I just leave the whole thing alone?

It would be a mess to leave all the files the desktop and I'm not so sure it'll work so well if you "replace" the older version with the newer files. I would suggest you take the time and uninstall Spybot, reboot, remove the Program Files folder (used for skins, updates, and configuration settings) if you do not need it and then start a new.
