Google Links redirecting to Ads | Slow computer

Hi, lately every link i have been going to on the search engine Google.com has been redirecting to Ad sites some that contain viruses and such. I would appreciate any help you guys can give I saw a previous topic of the same problem and it seems that you guys need to my HijackThis log and for me to download ComboFix, I have downloaded this and here is my Log for HijackThis:

Btw I have downloaded and ran spybot and its found numerous infections i have Clicked Fix the problem and my computer is still infected all my other Anti Virus programs such as AVG and Malwarebytes have not found anything -.- and my computer is extremly slow.

That said, All advice given by anyone volunteering here, is taken at your own risk.
While best efforts are made to assist in removing infections safely, unexpected stuff can happen.

Combofix is an extremely powerful tool and should only be run under the guidance of a helper , all infections and systems are different, combofix can fix one system but may damage another if run incorrectly. This forum, sUbs and myself will not be responsible if you run Combofix on your own and damage your system.

You need to read the stickies in Before You Post, its put there for a reason as it puts us on the same page and makes the cleanup process faster. You need to disable the TeaTimer in Spybot as per Before You Post.

Do this first...Important

Disable the TeaTimer, leave it disabled until we're done or it will prevent fixes from taking

Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
On the left hand side, Click on Tools
Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
Restart your computer.<--You need to do this for it to take effect

Please do not proceed until the TeaTimer is disabled



You have 3 Anti Virus programs running, Symantec, AVG and Avast, you should only have one AV installed and running, more than one is overkill and will slow down your system and cause all sorts of other issues, your call but you need to uninstall two of them via the Add Remove Programs in the Control Panel.





Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized)
