Google Redirect Virus

Hi all, I am having a couple of problems as of recently:

1. Google search results redirect me to random sites
2. Can not update AVG 8.0
3. Can not windows update
4. Can not install Spybot Search And Destroy (after trying to do 2 and 3)
5. I am using Windows Vista Home Premium

6. I already backed up my registries as of 02-19-09 using ERUNT

Remember to re-enable them afterwards.
