virtumonde "hiding" on my Vista?

I scanned with Spybot 1.5.2 and Virtumonde appeared in red. "Fix it" didn't seem to help...I'd restart the computer and Spybot would rescan only to find Virtumonde again. (I tried a couple of times.)
I then downloaded and tried to install Spybot 1.6.2, but an error kept occurring while "trying to replace the existing file: Delete File failed; code 5. Access denied." I went in as "administrator" and turned off the TeaTimer. Tried the installation again and it worked. The latest scan does not show any Virtumonde AT ALL. I'm suspicious because I don't think the "fix it" on the old Spybot ever fixed it, and now the Virtumonde isn't showing on a scan with the new Spybot.
This is driving me crazy and I don't want to surf the internet with Virtumonde tagging along! Thank you for any help that you can give. (I'm new at handling these viruses. Never had problems till now.

Not a Vista owner, I will do all I can to help.

For your benefit, the instructions are pinned (sticky) to the top of the Malware Removal forum, please read and be sure you have followed those instructions. I have also posted the "Before you Post" instructions at the top of this thread.

1) TeaTimer is not diabled as instructed in the directions?

2) LimeWire <<< all p2p programs must be uninstalled if you want help here.

If your helper detects the presence of such programs on your computer he/she will ask you to remove them. Help will be withdrawn should you not agree to their removal.

3) Spybot installation issues should be discussed here:
http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4

You may wait until we check for malware before posting, in case malware is causing the installation issues.

4) Fix one and two then post a new HJT log, mention any recent symptoms.
