Please look at this HijackThis log & advise. I'm lost

Please help. I believe I have malware. I read your instructions and am posting this log from a lap top that is not infected. I am so appreciative that there is a forum like this where I can possibly get a clue. It's so far beyond me.

Hi kimberly, If you read the "Before you Post" directions and still posted an out of date HJT log, then you may be lost.

Download Trend Micro Hijack This™ to your Desktop
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/hijackthis/HJTInstall.exe
Doubleclick the HJTInstall.exe to start it.
By default it will install HijackThis in the Program Files\Trendmicro folder and create a desktop shortcut.
HijackThis will open after install. Press the Scan button below.
This will start the scan and open a log. <<< close that log until you finish the rest of the instructions.

You are running System Configuration Utility in Selective Startup mode, I need to see the HJT logs in Normal mode.
Windows XP users
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type msconfig in the Open box, and then click OK.
Click the General tab.
Click Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services, and then click OK.
When you are prompted, click Restart to restart the computer.

Once you create a new HJT log, you can return to Selective Startup to save resources if you wish. Along with the new HJT log, post any information I requested.
