I'm new to Spybot. It came recommended to me on a forum. Now I'm just finding my way around this site.

Can someone tell me which is the best download to rid my laptop of viruses and all the other thingies to make my computer safe?

I'd be pleased for a link, there are so many to choose from on here, there must be one that does the lot.
