I've been getting multiple malware instances. I ran Spybot 1.5.2, ComboFix, and AVIRA. Spybot found PWS.LDPinchIE, which comes back every time I restarted the computer. It also found a problem with Windows Security Center, and that has come back a few times. I was able to remove multiple registry changes, including disabling RegEdit. I found RpcApi and deleted that. Also, my desktop had changed to a flashing background that said "WARNING! Your computer is infected" or something, it was obviously malware and I deleted the file but in the process I made my wallpaper disappear. As in, if I try to change the wallpaper now it shows up in the preview in Display Properties but not on my Desktop. I probably accidentally deleted an important registry key somewhere, if someone knows how to fix that I'd really appreciate it. Other than that, the main problem seems to be getting in through IE, even though I haven't used that in months... Somehow my Internet Properties are being changed so IE accepts all cookies, and because it keeps coming back even after I fix it I've disconnected my infected laptop from the internet completely (posting this from my PC). Any help is much appreciated.

I think you missed Do NOT run 'fixes' before helpers have analyzed HJT log (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=16806) (ran ComboFix though it shouldn't be used without supervision) sticky.

Please search and post contents of ComboFix.txt file back here.
