Problem: /Allhives

I have connected a customers (badly infected) boot drive to my main machine as F: and tried to use /allhives to detect and remove spyware from it (Spybot won't install, update or run on the customer machine).

Spybot detects all my hives on C:, but nothing on F:

Suggestions?
