This is a great program, but i had a problem for the 1st time ever!
On a machine at work that was crashy, I got Spybot to load and run and it identified 114 spywares, on reboot, it boots to desktop but explorer wont run
it comes to desktop and hangs, about 1/2 the time i get a (DK) diskkeeper failed to start error. over time, the screensaver will even run, but i cant seem to get safe mode or bios screen to show.
The spywares included PUPS entries and many wild tangent entries, left over from people before I was hired.
the machine is an HP, any reason delete (bios screen) and F8 aren't working?
Any advice would be appreciated!, I screwed up the office computer... My neck is on the line TYVM anyone! TIA!
