I also have experienced this same message. What I discovered is that it happened after a specific update that I did on Sunday. It was an English definitions update. This seems to be a bug in the Spybot system that they need to address. It does not affect anything, it just does not allow you to fully check your system for spyware. When you close it you also receive a SpybotSD App.exe error message and then an address saying that it can not "read" This is in reference to memory
