something is pwning my pc from the inside out. not sure what it isbut i do need help!

teatimer keeps letting me know something's changing and i deny it and it keeps trying and wont stop and there are a few so the notifications are constant. the entries are random letters and numbers like this one"484ea91d" etc. also i started getting pop ups on firefox and i can no longer use it even as it freezes completely each time i open it. when i go to google and search something and click a link, it redirects to something else everytime. often when i try to start my pc it freezes before it will load. ether at the "welcome" screen or right after the desktop appears. when/if it gets to the desktop screen, icons show up and everything but when i click i get no response. also when i move the mouse over the start bar it shows an hour glass. but right now i have it working sooo...yeah.

We will begin with ComboFix.exe. Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool:

* Ensure you have disabled all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn''t interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you''re clean again:

1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools
4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
6. Restart your computer.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.

i downloaded combofix and it wont open. i double click it, i get an hour glass for a few seconds and nothing happens. it shows up in the processes list. if i try to open it more than once, it shows up on there more than once. i disabled everything so..idk.
