Should this be deleted?

Hey, guys, I'm new to spybot (spyware removal in general actually). I downloaded spybot S&D a few days ago and ran a system check. It came up with a few cookies from sites that I set to remember my computer, but nothing important. That is, until I checked the programs for system startup and it came up with this.

Since I'm new to this I thought it was best to check with you guys first. So what do you think delete or not? Thanks :)

BTW I'm using Windows Vista Basic on a Compaq.
