Computer Slowing Down/Sending Spam?

When my computer's plugged into the internet it slows down over about ten minutes until it completely stops. I've tried quite a few anti-spyware/adware/virus programs and none of them have noticed the problem, except for Norton which covers my screen with warnings that my e-mails aren't being sent out but doesn't do anything to fix it. All of the e-mails aren't things I'm actually sending, of course, so I'm pretty sure that I have a trojan or something. Here's a HijackThis log:

hi,

two antivirus are not needed, two (avast,AVG) is not better than one in this case, first thing i would do is update the one you want to keep.

one is not better than the other, which ever one you like best, easiest to use etc.

then uninstall the other one via add/remove programs panel. then reboot computer into SAFE MODE. you reach safe mode by tapping the f8 key during a compter restart.
chose the first option from the list: safe mode.

once in safe mode run the antivirus app you decided to keep. may as well run spysweeper and spybot also. after that restart computer normally.
