well lets start with the begining. 1 day i could not get into my Cdrive from within my computer it came up with" windows cannot find RECYCLER\S-6-5-46-100012488-100017931-100025040-5686.com". i also cannot defragment it.

then i got a error saying "the instruction at "0x75606eb5" referenced at "0x00000008". the memory could not be "read"."

then i sometimes when i start up nothing loads so it is just the tool bar some icons and a pic and i cannot load anything either.

and i also cannot load any themes but the windows classic1.

I am not sure exactly what we will need to clean that junk and what is probably hidden, but we will start like this.

1) In case that is Mytob, download and run this tool from Symantec, please read and follow the instructions for running FixMytob carefully.

Post the results if possible.

2) Please DO NOT ENABLE Spybot S&D TeaTimer while we work together.

3) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

4) Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

If you have lost your Internet connection on the infected computer, or otherwise cannot post from that machine; you can download HJT to a clean PC if one is available. You can also try this if malware is blocking your access to security forums and tools.

I also want to say, in this case you can run MBAM first, it may give you some relief so you can access the download sites you need to reach?

If you can not run the tools we need to clean the computer, my next best suggestion is a local technician or a reformat of the computer.
