Open Spybot>Advanced Mode>Settings>File Sets. Make sure that all of the boxes are checked (User Trackage is optional so it is up to you).

Did you upgrade spybot through the reguler updater to the latest version? Or did you uninstall spybot and then download and install the latest version?

I have noticed that sometimes when an upgrade is performed, users will have 2 spybots found on there system, and that spybot does not function correctly.

The advice drragostea gave you should have helped....

Try this:

fully uninstall any trace of spybot you find by following the directions found here (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/howto/uninstall.html).

Then reinstall and see if that fixes the problem. Let us know how it goes.

I'm updating the software only from the GUI itself, and I didn't upgrade it - only install it 2 weeks ago... scan without a problem 3 times and then this bug started...

Try it (uninstall, reboot, and proceed with a fresh copy).
