Command Service - HELP

Well, I haven't the slightest clue how my computer was infected, but I'm stuck with Command Service.
I've run HijackThis, and deleted several things that were listed in other Command Service help forums, but nothing is helping to get rid of Command Service.
Here's the log file from HijackThis.
Anything in particular I should get rid of? :confused:
