System Startup page

When my system is restarted I have been losing my printer taskbar utility.
I see from your System Startup page that the item is highlighted in yellow.
"unknown, unneeded or unambiguous"
How do I mark this item to always allow?
I do not understand how to use the
"edit" "Insert" "delete" or "export" commands on the page

Key is: HK_LM:Run (Current system)
Value is: HPDJ Taskbar Utility
Command line:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\hpztsb04.exe

Any ideas will be appreciated

You don't need to since the entry (hpztsb04.exe) is already being started up during boot.

Guess I have another problem, cause,
Checked windows firewall and this item is allowed, but
never shows up on taskbar on system re-start.
And you confirm that sbs&d is not blocking.
HP suggested I check all firewalls.
Back to HP, I guess.

You are correct about Spybot-Search&Destroy not blocking it because it is just giving you a brief overview of what is starting and what is not. This manager allows you to disable and enable products whenever you want.

I'm not sure if a firewall could be the problem. Do you see the process in the Windows Task Manager? I guess you'll have a better answer from HP Support.
