Problem downlaoding spybot

Currently a virus on my CPU stops me from accessing any anti-virus website including safer-networking.

my question: is there any way to obtain a full copy of spy bot search and destroy without the infected computer interacting with this website in any way?

Try downloading spybot from another site such as download . Com

You can then download the definition files from the download page, in case the malware is preventing u from updating spybot. Also, when you download the installer file for spybot, change the name of the file to something else before installing it.You could also download the files from another computer and transfer them over with a cd or external drive. I recommend cd as malware wouldn't be able to jump onto that. Let me know if that helped you. I have some other ideas if that does not help. If you still need further help, in case we cant solve it here; there is always the malware removal forums.
