Spybot Won't Start!!!

I don't know what the freaking heck is going on! I downlaoded it just fine, and it saved onto my laptop just fine, but every time I click on either the shortcut, or the program file opening, the cursor arrow will have the hourglass by it, then it just WON'T RUN!!!

Try renaming the Spybot desktop icon and run it again. If it does not work read this thread and try again:
