So here's my "dilema" I am having problems with browsers connecting to port 80 (normal web traffic) but if i go to a https site, or a site with an alternate port everything works fine....
The confusing thing is that when I run spybot, the problem is resolved until the next reboot... as soon as the machine reboots, the problem returns until a spybot search is complete again...
The first time I ran spybot, I found two dumb cookie things, but it was like the Doubleclick cookie and another dumb one that i know isnt that bad... I have ran anti-virus scans from multiple companies, and I am at a loss... I have uninstalled my AV's firewall and "proxy" and that didnt seem to fix the problem either...
This computer is Windows Vista Home.
