Good day fellows. First time posting here. Somewhat desperate to get a fix.

Here's the thing. Everytime I boot or restart my PC, Spybot runs itself and does a scan automatically. I already checked the Settings in Advanced Mode. I made sure that the "No Automation" box was ticked. After I did that, Spybot still runs on startup. I even deleted the RunOnce option on the System Startup Advanced Settings. But even that didn't work. As you would see in the picture attached, it split itself in two. What should I do to prevent it from running at startup? Thanks.

Hm, it seems that the entries there are "RunOnce" literally meaning it runs once and then the entry is automatically disposed of.

Try reticking them, reboot your PC, let Spybot-Search&Destroy and see what happens.

What happens is that (RunOnce) is when Spybot cannot remove a threat because it is running in memory, locked, or is in use it'll attempt to purge the threat before bootup (where your services and startup entries start to load).

Inojs:

If you are running TeaTimer, right click on the TeaTimer system tray icon and select Settings. This will bring up TeaTimer's "White & Black List". There are four (4) Buttons across the top of the "White & Black List":
Allowed registry changes
Blocked registry changes
Allowed processes
Blocked processes
Review the entries in "Blocked registry changes" and make sure that you are not blocking the deletion of the runonce startup entry for SpybotSD.exe.
