Help with Virtumonde.prx

I am completely new to this and have no idea what to do. My computer started to act funny so I scanned it with AVG and S&D and got this virtumonde.prx file on the S&D. I fixed it then scanned my computer again and it showed up again. I have no idea what to do. Could someone please walk me through what to do step by step. I am tired of the pop ups that happen.

can anyone tell me where to start off? If need be just point me in the right direction and i will research it myself. I just want my computer to function correctly. I can't run any program without it freezing. And when it does i have to restart my computer. Someone please help by pointing me in the right direction. I will try to do the rest.
