Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance) http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.

Pinned (sticky) to the top of this forum, and posted above are the directions, make sure you have read and followed them.

tashi posted a link to the instructions, since TeaTimer is NOT disabled, I must assume you did not read them?
This is the malware removal forum and the procedure is here:
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288

Another program told me explorer.exe is infected
What program told you that and exactly what did it tell you?

I can not promise anything at this point, but if you will read and follow the directions, disable TeaTimer as instructed and provide the information I requested, I will do my very best to help.

Post a new HJT log once TeaTimer is disabled.

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

I hope I did it right this time. I disabled the teatimer but I did not reboot after doing so. Is this ok? Malwarebytes, Mcafee and Spybot come back clean. When I run a live onecare scan it finds 4 items that cannot be fixed.

Another program told me explorer.exe is infected
What program told you that and exactly what did it tell you?

When I run a live onecare scan it finds 4 items that cannot be fixed. What are the items the "onecare scan" finds?

Are there any malware symptoms at all? The HJT log is showing no malware and you said:

Malwarebytes, Mcafee and Spybot come back clean.
I am not even sure you have a problem?

Uninstall list: I look for malware and security issues and will not know all of your programs, but you should.
Hackers are using out of date programs to infect folks more and more,

Windows Defender <<< what does Windows Defender report when you update and run it?

The program that told me explorer.exe is infected was combofix which a friend told me to try. I am running the onecare scan again so I can give you the exact name of the infected files. Windows Defender finds nothing but I will run a scan again before replying again just to be sure. I am also going to uninstall all the programs you mentioned that are on my computer.

No there are no malware symptoms. My computer was attacked on the 13th of March and I spent the weekend trying to return it to a normal state. That appeared to be done however I am still finding things with the onecare scanner that it cannot remove. Sorry to get off subject but your avatar is awesome.

I hate to be negative but when combofix reports explorer.exe as infected it is there are usually others and it turns out to be W32.Virut which is a file infector. The only way to recover is a reformat, so let's hope this is not the case. Once I see the information from the onecare scan we will probably run combofix to see what it shows.

Thanks...Phil

The onecare scanner found 3 severe issues.

1. PWS:Win32/Zbot.gen!R

2. Trojan:Win32/Hiloti.gen!A

3. Virus:Win32/Virut.BM and it gives a path for this one:

\program files\realtek ac97\alcrmv64.exe

In a worst case scenario, if I saved my picture files, text files, and music files. Would I be able to safely add them back to the computer without worry of re-infection after wiping out and reinstalling windows?

3. Virus:Win32/Virut.BM and it gives a path for this one:

We can scan more but I am afraid it is not going to help, have a look at information about this infection:

The only way to recover is with a reformat:

Can I wipe out and reinstall windows without reformating? or is it a must? and can I safely save all my personal files without reinfection after reinstallation of windows?

And if I must reformat and reinstall which page that you linked do you recommend I use to help me reformat?

Can I wipe out and reinstall windows without reformating?
Have you taken the time to read about this infection? I have seen thousands of .exe files infected. It would do little good to reinstall Windows with infected files on the hard drive, the infection would just spread back to Windows.

And if I must reformat and reinstall which page that you linked do you recommend I use to help me reformat?
Have a look at all three, they are different ways of saying the same thing. I posted three to give you as much information as possible.

So it is safe to save music and image files to disc and reintroduce them after reinstalling and reformating?

For curiosity sakes. Since the Virut.BM file is in a program folder is it safe to delete it? I know this will not fix my problem, I'm just wondering what would happen. Also, why cant onecare remove Zbot.gen!R, Hiloti.gen!A or Virut.BM for that manner?

I am sorry, this infection is almost as new to me as it is to you. I am still learning about it and you would be much better off to read the information I provided, I am not a Virut expert. As far as one care, that would be a question for their tech support.

I am in the process of collecting information about this file-infector, here is some of the newest information I have found.

Virut: Unanswered Questions

Take the following steps to help prevent infection on your system:

Enable a firewall on your computer.
Get the latest computer updates for all your installed software.
Use up-to-date antivirus software.
Use caution when opening attachments and accepting file transfers.
Use caution when clicking on links to web pages.
Avoid downloading pirated software.
Protect yourself against social engineering attacks.

Summary

Symptoms

The following symptoms may be indicative of a Virus:Win32/Virut infection:
Network traffic on TCP port 65520 with connection to IRC server proxima.ircgalaxy.pl, on channel &virtu
Increase in file size of infected files
Infected files fail during execution and have a recent modified date property

I wish I knew more about the infection, but I just do not.

Thank you
