I have run across a problem in that my User profile is no longer recognized by Windows XP. I do not think it is a virus. Is it possible to use my spybot backups (regLocals or regUsers) to get me back to a time when things worked? I am unable to do a system restore as it is never successful. Keeps bringing me back as if I was first logged on to my system in 2003. No files seem to be lost or damaged. XP corrupted Usr Profiles seem to be a relatively common problem. But I was wondering snce I use Spybot all the time whether it could recover the problem.
