I recently had the bugs sysguard and trojan.avalert. I seemed to have removed them but since then I have not been able to open spybot and it appears as an icon with a padlock on it at the bottom right of the computer screen. The cursor gives me:

I have searched this forum and used the technique to look for .scr files and that yeilded no results.
I can right click on the icon, or from the start menu, and open properties/help etc but I cannot open or run the program.
