Worst problem I've ever seen. Please help

I've been having a problem with my computer. It plays random sound clips in the background and IE doesn't function right and often crashes. I couldn't surf google properly - it was just a blank screen. And Firefox's links would take me elsewhere rather than the forums. I managed to get to an archive spybot forum and their problem sounded similar to mine, so I followed the steps: HJT, Combofix, Ad-aware, malwarebytes have all been run. I wasn't able to read the sticky until after running the anti-malware programs so I hope I haven't caused any problems. At least I can use IE now, but still have a problem. IE is still acting up a little. It crashes from time to time.

Anyway, if anyone can help I would very much appreciate it.

You have destroyed the crime scene (yes, this is a crime) and I do not know how much good I can do for you now?

My first question is why you are running IE8 which is barely out of beta and did your browser issues start with the download?

Do you have logs from combofix or MBAM? If so post them.

Most issues come with error messages, are you receiving any error message, post those work for word.

Describe any symptoms that are occuring.

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
