Browser contantly redirected

Hi.

When I'm on IE surfing the net, I can click on a link for a website, and it will send me to another site, xstralife.com or something close to that and bring up a list of links that somehow relate to my search topic. I can usually copy and paste a link into the address bar and have it work correctly. I've updated and run Spybot, without progress. I've also run Avast! Home with the same result.

Since I posted, I have been messing around with search engines to see if it was all of them. Only yahoo and google are doing this so far (shows how much I go past these sites). I hope this helps in the diagnosis.

Posting additional comments or logs before a volunteer responds, can push you back instead of forward, because your thread ends up with a newer date. Also, helpers may think you are already being assisted because of the post count.
If you still need help, post a fresh HJT log since almost a week has gone by. Mention any recent symptoms.
