help ms antivirus 09 malware

I have run Ad-aware, updated my antivirus to avira, run spy bot, and regularly updated spy blaster. I got this from what I though was a safe link to a video.

Malware name given MS Antivirus 09. It changes the hits I get on my browser and sends me to spyhunter.

I do have combo loaded on here as well. The malware appears to hide everytime I open up the spybot, ad-aware, and antivirus programs. It then comes back right after I do a reboot or after I close the windows on the programs mentioned.

was doing some reading and found what I think might be the problem not sure how to get rid of it.

userinit.exe

shows up did an internet search and see that this is reported as a virus. How do I get rid of this?

Pinned (sticky) to the top of this forum, and posted above are the directions, make sure you have read and followed them.

Posting additional comments or logs before a volunteer responds, can push you back instead of forward, because your thread ends up with a newer date. Also, helpers may think you are already being assisted because of the post count.
Read the directions, disable TeaTimer as instructed and post a new HJT log if you still need help since since five days have past.

userinit.exe <<< this is a valid files, if infected it can be a bunch of problems, including Virut which would mean a reformat? No way to tell without more information.
