Ok first off I am computer retarded, so bare with me. I have run spybot several times and it keeps locking up during the fix problem step. The prblems listed are: Casalemedia, Pipas.A, and Web Trends Live.
What do i do? please help

Please follow the instructions in this sticky topic. (If you cannot run Spybot-S&D in safe mode just run the on-line anti virus.)

Well, aparently the copy of Windows i got with my computer is not valid. so i am going out tday to buy a new copy. ($200 ouch!) I hope this fixes everything.
