spy bot help

my spy bot blocked my adobe flash player, so i uninstalled it and when i tried to reinstall it it wouldnt let me. I need to know where my files that it blocked go. Since this happened i have uninstalled spybot thinking that would fix the problem. I cant do anything without adobe flash player. Please help me!
