Hi,
I'm not a novice, but no expert, and I've got this danged trojan/malware on my PC. I have Spybot, Ewido, Ad-Aware, and Hi-jack this, and everything IDs it, but fails to clean/delete the b******. I've run it all in Safe Mode, all to no avail. It slows my PC to the point of 3-4 minutes to open IE, or control panel, or anything really, and disables (temporarily) McAfee Enterprise 8.0 on start-up. I believe that I got it with "spysherriff" when I clicked in a link in Google doing a movie search, if that helps.
The file that HiJack this can't get rid of is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Settings\artm_new.dll
Can anyone help me get this S.O.B. off my pc? Thanks.

Hi-Jack this log is as follows:

Thanks, I can't believe that I never did SP-2 on this PC. Dang, too late now, I guess.
