Bad Image error message

I am getting the following error message: "The application or DLL C:\Program Files\Adobe Photoshop CS3\AdobeOwl.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette" . Previously the error message refered to a Java file, but when I deleted that it switched to the Adobe message, so I'm assuming this virus is just attaching to ramdom things. Also I cannot open Photoshop, but can open other CS3 programs. I've run Spybot and Adaware and nothing has changed. Here the hijackthis info:

I can not see malware in the out of date HijackThis log? It may be this is a software issue. If you take the time to read and follow the "Before you Post" directions and post a new HJT log using the correct version, I will take another look.

A Google of the information you posted seems to indicate a possible software problem. I need any error messages posted word for word along with the new HJT log.

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.

I have read the "Before you Post" info as well.
First question would be, I don't see an antivirus program running on this computer? If you need links to freeware programs let me know.

When Spybot-S&D is installed.

TeaTimer needs to be disabled so that its protection does not interfere with fixes.
How Spybot-S&D protects against the installation of Spyware/Malware.

TeaTimer can be re-enabled once the computer is clean.

1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
2. If it is not already set to do this go to the "Mode" menu and select "Advanced Mode".
3. On the left hand side, click on "Tools".
4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List.
5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
6. Restart your computer.

Once you disable TeaTimer, we will take a look for anything hidden, but you may want to start looking here:

2) Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop

* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
* Please post contents of that file & a new HJT log in your next reply.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately. Failure to reboot will prevent MBAM from removing all the malware.

I am not seeing an antivirus program running on this computer? We waste our time cleaning if you are not going to take basic steps to secure it. Unless you have a plan, here are three good freeware programs you can choose from, install only one. Update and scan the system, let me know then if there are any malware issues.
