Think I'm infected w/Virtumonde

:angel:Think I'm infected w/Virtumonde. Getting lots of Pop-Ups, getting error that Internet Explorer is not available, and don't know what else may be going on. I ran Spybot S&D several times and Virtumonde keeps being identified. I have tied the fix numerous times, even disconnected from internet and can't get rid of it. Also think my sound drivers may have been deleted, moved... seem to be gone. What to do now, is there any hope, can you help??? :oops:
