Hello.

I was told to read the procedures after submitting this request for help yesterday, which I did, and I am assuming I was told to do that because I did not include my HJT log, and I apologize.

Here it is. I hope this is what you meant for me to do. Thanks for your help.

I have this in my add/remove programs list and when i go to uninstall it, it asks me to enter the code that is displayed and I am not sure if it is safe to do that.

We were hoping you would read them and see stuff like this also.

Posting additional comments or logs before a volunteer responds, can push you back instead of forward, because your thread ends up with a newer date. Also, helpers may think you are already being assisted because of the post count.

Trying to get beyond this, I am not understanding exacly what your issue is? Could you tell me what this means?

Post also an uninstall list: Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
