Pop Ups

I tried to post my SpyBot report so I could get help on how to fix whatever is causing pop-ups to attack, but the text file is too large. It says:

SpybotSD.Report.txt:
Your file of 31.7 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 19.5 KB for this filetype.

How can I make the file smaller or what can I do to attach it?

Since the problems are solved Im going to close the topic now, this keeps others with similar problems from posting there logs/question here, they should start a new topic.
