Win32/Heur

Hi
Hope you can help me, I am infected with Win32/Heur.

I run regular scans with Spybot S&D which congratulates me, No immediate threats were found, but when I run AVG it locates Win32/Heur object is white listed critical system file do not remove. Infected file : C\WINDOWS\system32\userinit exe

As the name suggests, I am a real beginner so really feeling my way through this. Is it possible to receive instructions how to resolve this situation, please.

Why is Spybot S&D telling me i'm clear when AVG picks up the virus?
What does it mean White listed?
How critical is this virus?
I have tried deleting this virus but nothing seems to remove it.

Hi there,

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/dds) or here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr) or here (http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/dds).
Disable any script blocker, and then double click dds.scr to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop. Post them back to your topic.
