facebook virus

hello.
a virus has infected my computer after i entered a link in facebook member's status that redirected me to a "movie" and told me to get a flash update. i downloaded the setup.exe and ofcourse no installation was executed...
since then it's changing my status in facebook to that link every time i enter facebook, and maybe harming my computer in other ways.
i ran malewarebytes and it found nothing. i also ran SDfix and SmitFraudFix but the problem did not disappear.
