My first scan with Spybot System Startup listerator categorised TeaTimer as :banana: "Yellow: unknown, unneeded or unambiguous program (e.g. malware programs might use the same file name as legitimate programs)"
I think I thunk a wee while as to where I'd seen the name TeaTimer before... I soon gave up on the old greybase and googled it, which pointed straight back to Spybot's FAQ's.
This will eventually catch-out some poor unwary nOOb (like me) who will unknowingly deactivate what is (by all accounts) a very useful little IE doncom.
