spybot blocks aff.com and cams.com

We'll spybot has blocked my computer from acessing

adultfriendfinder.com or aff.com and cams.com as well

So I uninstalled spybot and deleted all of spybot registry keys as well and i even did a system restore back to before this happened.

It did not do anything it still blocks these sites from opening so what should i do?
