Malware, virus I don't know which pls help

Well all of a a sudden a new window open in the center of the the one I am one when I'm on the internet. Also my AVG said I had multiple threats such as matizava.dll, riwumagu.dll, wudiyopi.dll, rokesoza.dll, fawuruvo.dll etc and it kept repeating these over several times. Then I got and alert from AVG that there was vundo or something like that. I'm not really sure what is going on but I hope you can help me. Here is my HJT log. I did download and run ERUNT. I did run spybot and avg. Thanks.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here (http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Anti-Malware_d5756.html) or Here (http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe)

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.<-- Don't forget this
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a New Hijackthis log.

As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.


Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Save this as CFScript to your desktop.

Your Java maybe outdated and outdated versions let these type of infections onto your system, we need to check it.

Go to your Control Panel and click on the Java Icon ( looks like a little coffee cup ) click on About and you should have Version 6 Update 13, if not proceed with the instructions.


Download the latest version Here (http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp) save it, do not install it yet.

JRE 6 Update 13 <--This is what you need


Go to your Add Remove Programs in the Control Panel and uninstall any previous versions of Java
Reboot your computer
Install the latest version

Your Windows Operating System is out of date, you need to open Internet Explorer and go to Tools> Windows Update and install any critical updates, this will include SP3 (Service Pack 3 ) this will help in keeping you more secure. After you install it, go to the Control Panel > Security Center and make sure its set to download updates automatically.

You can uninstall any previous versions of Java , then install JRE 6 Update 13

I uninstalled all the Java's and installed the new one and checked for it being installed correctly. It is fine. Then I went on IE and checked for new updates for operating system, and downloaded SP3. That's when a problem happened it started the download then said "Service Pack 3 Access is denied". Then it removed what had been downloaded and rebooted the computer. What is my next move? I also notice while on IE it said update to IE 8. Should I do this update also? Thanks.

Ok.The computer seems to just fine, I just need to learn what I really need and what should be deleted. Now some of these items that we installed on the computer do I need to remove. Like ComboFix, ERUNT& erunt-setup, AFT-Cleaner. Do I uninstall the mbam-setup icon since Malwarebytes has a desktop icon, the new Java is installed do I delete the Java install icon? Just do want to have anyone open something they should not use by accident. Also do you know of any forum that can help with getting rid of partitions on a laptop? I don't like having the hard drive setup that way.

You can do this

Keep ERUNT, not a bad program, can come in handy at times.

Malwarebytes is installed so you can get rid of the setup Icon, you can also delete the Java setup icon.


ATF Cleaner <-- Yours to keep, run it now and then to clean out the clutter.

Malwarebytes <-- Yours to keep also, check for updates and run a scan now and then.

Combofix <---Is not a general cleaning tool, just run it with supervision or you can bork your system


Click START then RUN
Now type Combofix /u in the runbox and click OK. Note the space between the X and the U, it needs to be there.

When shown the disclaimer, Select "2"

The above procedure will:

Delete the following:
ComboFix and its associated files and folders.
VundoFix backups, if present
The C:\Deckard folder, if present
The C:_OtMoveIt folder, if present
Reset the clock settings.
Hide file extensions, if required.
Hide System/Hidden files, if required.
Reset System Restore.

Keep in mind if you install some of these programs. Only ONE Anti Virus and only ONE Firewall is recommended, more is overkill and can cause you problems. You can install all the Spyware programs I have listed without any problems. If you install Spyware Blaster and Spyware Guard, they will conflict with the TeaTimer in Spybot , you can still install Spybot Search and Destroy but do not enable the TeaTimer .


Here are some free programs to install, all free and highly regarded by the fine people in the Malware Removal Community

Spybot Search and Destroy 1.6 (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/)
Check for Updates/ Immunize and run a Full System Scan on a regular basis. If you install Spyware Blaster ( Recommended ) then do not enable the TeaTimer in Spybot Search and Destroy.

Spyware Blaster (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html) It will prevent most spyware from ever being installed. No scan to run, just update about once a week and enable all protection.

Spyware Guard (http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html) It offers realtime protection from spyware installation attempts, again, no scan to run, just install it and let it do its thing.

IE-Spyad (http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,23332-order,1-page,1-c,antispywaretools/description.html)
IE-Spyad places over 6000 web sites and domains in the IE Restricted list which will severely impair attempts to infect your system. It basically prevents any downloads (cookies etc) from the sites listed, although you will still be able to connect to the sites.

Firefox 3 (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/) It has more features and is a lot more secure than IE. It is a very easy and painless download and install, it will no way interfere with IE, you can use them both.

You are all angles here for helping everyone. There are no words that I can say that would let you know what I feel. I have been in the position of having a computer infected and going to a shop to have it fix and being asked to pay way more than I had and having to give the computer up. A new gal where I work took her laptop to a large chain store ( won't say which one ) to clean the infections off , they had it over a month and I believe they charged her around $180 or so and it still wasn't right, she brought it in for me to look at and it still had bad entries and files that needed to go.

Be careful when you play around with partitions, you can damage your system if not done correctly. There is a program out called Partition Magic that I hear is pretty good although I have not used it myself. Why don't you post for help where you posted for the windows update help. Here are a few more.
