Hi,

my laptop is infected by an unknown spyware which will continue to keep opening the windows explorer causing my windows explorer to crash. i have a genuine up-to-date kaspersky and it couldnt delete the spyware. however, whenever the windows explorer crashes, it will notify me that it has blocked something called ' http:// zone2tech.info/ups.exe' i google about it and turn out nothing that is related to virus or spyware. below is HJT log file, please take a look and thanks for ur advice :)

1 - download and run RSIT

Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here (http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe) and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt<- (will be maximized) and info.txt<- (will be minimized)

2 - Status Check
