The registry key:

HKCR\CLSID\{AAA288BA-9A4C-45B0-95D7-94D524869DB5}

is used as "WPDShServiceObj Class" in WMP11 Beta, which pops up as Prorat in Spybot.

This false positive has already been reported here:

It will be fixed with the next update.
