My God. I ran safe mode and there is a administrator account and a Administrator.PETER account. There is no one named peter in my home and that I know of and also in that accounts files there is reader_s, I also realized that sometimes I see Services.exe I need help please.

I don't have good news for you.

You have virut which is a file infector and is able to infect all executable files.

Though in theory it can be disinfected, it is not that in practice as not all cured files will work. In addition to that it is a backdoor.

You can backup all files except the ones with .exe, .scr, .htm and .html and reformat after that.

If you need help with reformatting, feel free to ask.

Yes reformatting will help as it will delete everything in hard drive.

If you don't have windows CD, you can borrow one from your friends.

If you didn't get any when you bought computer, you can request CD from manufacturer.
