Hello i need help with 0xc0000006 error

iam gettin this 0xc0000006 error everytime i try opening anything i can not use internet explorer and i am on a vista OS and i do not have a vista cd is there anyway to fix this without the vista disc? or is that my only other option?

I suggest this sounds like a Vista issue that will likely require a reinstall of Vista, so I suggest you locate your Vista Operating System CD.
