Spybot hangs at Virtumonde

I'm trying to run Spybot on a Windows XP (64) system. It get to 122343/532958: Virtumonde and seems to be stuck. It stays there a while. I have stopped the search, but then I have to turn off the power, as the system is frozen.

Is there a way to skip Virtumonde and move on?

Do you have Sings of Malware (http://www.virusvault.us/signs1.html) ?
