don't know where to start

Hello
I was hoping someone could help me out.
Earlier today, I had two separate pop-up windows asking me whether or not to allow access to the Internet:- Funk.exe & ej.exe.
I denied both attempts. I searched for the names on google and found them to be variant Trojan viruses. I looked at my C:/ drive and found funk.exe on the system32 directory on WINDOWS; and ej.exe on the main drive. However, none of our virus packages have found any sign of a virus.
Nevertheless, I have run both Hijack This and SmitRem and enclose the logs below. Please could someone take a look and advise on the appropriate action which needs to be taken to remove the two applications.
